EarthShack, its affiliates, and facilitators make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of the Biofeedback Program, Rife, or Scalar Services. By participating, you agree to assume all risks related to your health and well-being during and after our services.
Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:
The Biofeedback Program is open to invited participants only. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the criteria and agree to follow all program guidelines.

Payment and Fees:
Payment for the Biofeedback program and/or Rife and Scalar services must be completed prior to participation. Fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

Cancellation or Request for Removal During the Program or Scalar/Rife Services:
If you find the Program or Rife/Scalar service experience uncomfortable, please contact EarthShack so we can make remote adjustments to improve your experience. If adjustments are not successful or if you prefer to discontinue, we will gladly remove you from the program immediately. However, no refunds are issued for cancellations during the service period.

Health Disclaimer:
These services are not a substitute for medical care. Participants are responsible for their health and should consult a physician if they have any concerns prior to starting the program or using the services.

Personal Responsibility:
Participants agree to engage in the program and Rife/Scalar services voluntarily and at their own risk. EarthShack and its facilitators are not liable for any health issues or complications arising from participation in these services.

Confidentiality:
Personal information and health data shared during the program will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of guiding and supporting participants. EarthShack will not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.

Results:
Results of the Biofeedback and Rife/Scalar services may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Participants acknowledge that lifestyle, diet, and individual health factors influence the effectiveness of these services.

Communication:
EarthShack may communicate with participants via email, text, or other electronic means for updates and support during the program and services.

Program Modifications:
EarthShack reserves the right to modify the program, services, or schedule at any time to ensure participant safety and the program's effectiveness. Participants will be notified of any changes.

Pacemaker Advisory:
Although the Biofeedback, Rife, and Scalar services can be performed on individuals with pacemakers, participants with pacemakers are urged to check with their healthcare providers before engaging in these services.

Limitation of Liability:
EarthShack and its facilitators will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Biofeedback program or Rife/Scalar services.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from participation in the Biofeedback program or Rife/Scalar services will be resolved according to the applicable laws of this jurisdiction.

By enrolling in the Biofeedback Program or utilizing the Rife and Scalar Services, participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood the disclaimer.
