Participants acknowledge that results may vary based on individual health, lifestyle, and adherence to the program. EarthShack, its affiliates, and facilitators make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of the detox program. By participating, you agree to assume all risks related to your health and well being during and after the detox program.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The 11-Day Effortless Detox Program is open to invited participants only. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the criteria and agree to follow all program guidelines.
2. Payment and Fees: Payment for the detox program must be completed prior to participation. Fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

3. Cancellation or Request for Removal During Remote Detox: If you find the detox experience too uncomfortable, please contact EarthShack so we can make remote adjustments to improve your comfort. If adjustments are not successful, or if you prefer to discontinue, we will gladly remove you from the program immediately. Please note, however, that no refunds are issued for cancellations once detox has started.

4. Health Disclaimer: This detox program is not a substitute for medical care. Participants are responsible for their health and should consult a physician if they have any concerns prior to starting the program.
5. Personal Responsibility: Participants agree to engage in the detox program voluntarily and at their own risk. EarthShack and its facilitators are not liable for any health issues or complications arising from participation in the detox.
6. Confidentiality: Personal information and health data shared during the program will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of guiding and supporting participants. EarthShack will not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.
7. Results: Results of the detox may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Participants acknowledge that lifestyle, diet, and individual health factors influence the effectiveness of the detox.
8. Communication: EarthShack may communicate with participants via email, text, or other electronic means for updates and support during the program.
9. Program Modifications: EarthShack reserves the right to modify the program or schedule at any time to ensure participant safety and the program's effectiveness. Participants will be notified of any changes.
10. Although the Remote Detox can be performed on individuals with pacemakers, participants with pacemakers that wish to be included in this program are urged to check with their health care providers.
11. Limitation of Liability: EarthShack and its facilitators will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the detox program.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from participation in the detox program will be resolved according to the applicable laws of this jurisdiction.
