Daily Detail Support

We have spent a great deal of time developing this detox regimen and we are excited to share it with you. Here’s the detailed 11-day detox schedule with Sleep Support starting each day, including supportive measures such as hydration, herbs, and dietary practices for each phase.

Day 1:

  • 6 Hours:

        • Additional Practices: Ensure a dark, quiet environment for restful sleep. Consider magnesium supplements to support relaxation.
  • 18 Hours:

      • Supportive Measures:
        • Hydration: Drink plenty of water to assist bowel movements.
        • Herbs: Psyllium husk, flaxseed, and aloe vera to support bowel cleansing.
        • Dietary: High-fiber foods like leafy greens, fruits, and vegetables.
    • Detox 2 Parasites in the Intestines (6 hours)
      • Supportive Measures:
        • Hydration: Continue high water intake.
